Welcome to the New Beginnings website. Please take a moment to read these online terms and conditions including our policies (collectively the “terms”) to understand how they apply to you the customer and your use of New Beginnings website and any New Beginnings services/products that you may order online.
These terms apply to all purchases made online from the website. Please read these terms carefully and ensure you understand them.
Use of and/or registration on any aspect of the website will constitute your agreement to comply with these terms. Important clauses, which may limit New Beginnings’ responsibility or involve some risk for you, are reflected in blue*. Some of these provisions have the effect of limiting your rights in law and conferring obligations on you by virtue of your agreement to these terms. You agree to pay special attention to these clauses.

Online registration
Registration as a purchaser/client on the website is free and does not oblige you to purchase anything. You can create an account and register with us before placing your first order online. Alternatively you can also use the quick checkout option without having to create an online account.
Registration and/or use of New Beginnings’ website constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the terms of New Beginnings.
To register you will be required to provide certain personal information which is protected by New Beginnings’ Privacy Policy.
When registering with us you will be required to provide an email address and a password which will be used as your user-name and password for the website. Please keep your password private as New Beginnings accepts no liability for any damages suffered or losses incurred from the use or misuse of your account.
You will be required to enter your user-name and password each time you want to login to your customer account and purchase a service/products on www.newbemarketing.co.za. The quick checkout option does not require you to login, but does however require you to enter customer info.
To amend any registration particulars, please click on “My Account” where you can edit your details. When registering as a purchaser you are required to provide New Beginnings with complete and accurate information about yourself/company. By doing so, you warrant that the information provided is correct.
Upon acceptance of your registration, an email confirmation of your registration as a purchaser will be sent to you. Transmission times depend on your Internet Service Provider (ISP), but typically takes less than 10 (ten) minutes to receive the email confirmation. If you do not receive the email confirmation, you should contact us.
Services & Products
Images and representation – We have made every effort to display the services and products on the website as accurately as possible, including:
- The images that represent a visual depiction of the service or product.
- Features and descriptions that pertain to the service or product.
In the event where a physical product is delivered, it may be subject to variations in appearance, as product packaging may differ over time. It remains the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the service or product he/she ordered is correct, and the service/product description will always overrule any related images when resolving a dispute about a service/product.
As the actual colours you see will depend on your computer’s monitor, New Beginnings cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and New Beginnings nominates its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery goods.
Inadvertent and obvious errors
While all precautions are taken by New Beginnings to provide the correct information on the website, if we identify an inadvertent and obvious error in the price or description, images and any other relevant content, New Beginnings is not obligated to provide you with the affected product or service.
New Beginnings will make every effort to contact you or alert you of the error. In such circumstances, you are entitled to cancel the purchase and we will provide a full refund for the amount paid.
Event and party delivery
The services rendered by New Beginnings is ‘delivered’ in an electronic nature and not subject to a delivery fee. Products are subject to a delivery charge and quoted accordingly. For any event queries, please contact us.
Orders and payment
Orders placed online constitute your offer to purchase subject to these terms. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email describing the service/product you have ordered. These communications confirm that we have received your order, but do not represent any acceptance of your offer to purchase products from us.
We are not legally obligated to provide the service/product to you during the offer process. Online payments are made via Payfast secure payment gateway.
Once an order has been received, a consultant will be in contact within 48hrs to discuss hosting requirements and/or seo deliverables.
Payment options accepted
PayFast (Pty) Ltd facilitates our online payment facility. The payment methods they provide include: Visa, MasterCard and instant EFT (instant EFT only available in South Africa). The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the card-holder is South Africa. Transactions occur in South African Rand (ZAR).
The rendering of services will not start and/or the delivery of a product, will not take place until proof of payment has been received and the funds have cleared into our bank account.
The submission of credit card information, security and all credit card transactions will be processed via Payfast which protects you, the client, with the most up-to-date and secure online credit card processing system. Payfast is a PCI-DSS Level 1 Service Provider.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by New Beginnings separately from card details which are entered by the client on Payfast’s secure site. For more detail on Payfast refer to www.payfast.co.za.
Cancellation
If for any reason, you would like to cancel an order, this may be done by contacting New Beginnings Customer Services on +27 (0)12 743 6999.
New Beginnings reserves the right not to refund a service should work already have commenced in respect of any late cancellations.
If you cancel your payment for any reason, or if your payment method should cease to be valid for whatever reason, you will nevertheless be bound to pay the full purchase price, including all costs incurred by us relating to the recovery thereof.
Without prejudice to any rights or remedies in law, New Beginnings reserves the right to cancel forthwith any sale and/or your registration in the event of your breach any of the terms.
New Beginnings reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of the products ordered does not meet our standards. Should we exercise this right, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.
A refund will take 10-20 working days.
Recurring/Subscription/Hosting services
The purchase of one of our monthly subscription/hosting services is subject to automatic renewal each and every month until written notice of termination has been received. A termination notice period of at least thirty (30) days are required.
If paid with a credit card, the same card will be debited every month on the same date as the initial purchase occurred. The monthly debit will continue indefinitely, until such time in which a cancellation/termination request is submitted.
Any late payments or failed debit attempts, for whatever reason, shall be subject to a service charge up to 10% of the monthly value.
Payment intervals
New Beginnings offers various payment intervals when ordering one of our subscription/hosting services. You can choose to pay for the service on a monthly basis, every 3-months, every 6-months or annually. If paid via a credit card, the card will be debited automatically in accordance to the payment interval chosen with the first order.

Updating Term and Conditions
New Beginnings reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove selections of these terms and conditions from time to time. Changes to these terms and conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this website.
The user must periodically check the terms and conditions on the website for changes or updates.
The user’s continued use of this website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the user’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these terms and conditions, including changes or updates.
Copyright and intellectual property rights
The current information (or future information) displayed on this website is supplied by the provider (New Beginnings / newbemarketing.co.za), its affiliates and/or subsidiaries, or any other third-party, and includes but is not limited to literary works, design work, musical works, artistic works, sound recordings, cinematograph films, sound and television broadcasts, program-Carrying Signals, published editions and computer programs (known collectively as “content”).
